Simin Vaswani is a multi-award-winning multidisciplinary artist with a passion for storytelling, production, and performance. A natural-born writer, she has been crafting narratives from a young age, driven by a vivid imagination and a deep appreciation for visual storytelling. Her expertise as a producer spans theater and film, where she nurtures ideas from inception to completion with dedication and intuition. Over the course of her career, she has received over 100 awards for her work, solidifying her reputation as a creative force in the industry.
A lifelong dancer, Simin began her training in the Indian classical dance form of Bharatanatyam at the age of five, later expanding into Bollywood and ballet, which she studied for over 12 years. Since 2014, she has been training in American Rhythm and American Smooth ballroom styles, actively competing in the Pro-Am ballroom circuit as an amateur performer.
Simin is also a student of the Classical Realism School of Art, following the lineage of Jacob Collins, refining her skills in fine arts. Beyond her artistic pursuits, she is a certified Core Energetics Practitioner, integrating movement and psychotherapy to facilitate emotional and energetic healing.
With a Master’s degree in Computer Management, Simin spent two decades in the IT industry, leading projects for major organizations such as Sony Music, Time Magazine, Aegis Media, and Teach for America. In 2018, she transitioned from her successful corporate career to focus on motherhood, artistic endeavors, and personal growth.
Simin remains deeply committed to creative expression, her family, and her continued evolution as an artist and individual.
